This Intellectual Property Policy applies to all content and materials provided by BEWITCHY LLC (dba BeWitchy) through www.bewitchy.us.

All content, including, but not limited to, original spiritual rituals, spell methods, course curricula, e-books, reports, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of BEWITCHY LLC and is protected by United States copyright laws and international intellectual property laws.

  • Trademark: The name "BeWitchy" and related logos and service marks are trademarks of BEWITCHY LLC.
     

2. Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)

Content purchased or accessed on www.bewitchy.us, including all digital products and course materials, is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may download, print, or view the materials for your personal spiritual and educational development.

  • You are not permitted to share your account access with any other individual.
     

3. Prohibited Use (No Resale or Sharing)

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities with respect to any content owned by BEWITCHY LLC:

  • Reproduction or Copying: Reproducing, copying, distributing, displaying, or transmitting the content in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise).

  • Modification: Modifying, creating derivative works from, or adapting any part of our content, rituals, or methods.

  • Public Sharing: Posting, sharing, or publishing any substantial portion of our unique intellectual property (e.g., specific ritual instructions or course outlines) on public forums, social media, or other websites.
     

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

BEWITCHY LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement by a user of our services, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.

  • Contact information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Violation Consequences
