Booking and Rescheduling Policy

This Booking and Rescheduling Policy applies to all services requiring a scheduled appointment (e.g., phone, video, or live consultations) booked through www.bewitchy.us, operated by BEWITCHY LLC (dba BeWitchy).

1. Booking Acknowledgment and Final Sale
By confirming a service booking, you acknowledge that you are purchasing the allocation of our time and energy, which is immediately reserved for your specific appointment time.

Final Sale: All payments for services are Final Sale. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, once a service is booked, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or store credit for cancellations. This policy is necessary due to the allocation of time and the no-guarantee nature of spiritual services (provided for entertainment purposes only).

No Refund for Cancellation: If a client cancels their appointment, the fee for the service is forfeited.
2. Rescheduling Policy (Phone and Video Services)
We understand that unexpected illness or emergencies can occur. To maintain fairness, we permit a one-time rescheduling for appointments that involve a live phone or video session.

Required Notice: Clients must notify BEWITCHY LLC of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time by emailing usa@bewitchy.com.

Reschedule Limit: Clients are allowed one (1) free reschedule per booking. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original date.

Second Reschedule / Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client attempts a second reschedule, or provides less than 24 hours notice for any rescheduling attempt, the service fee will be forfeited, and the client will need to purchase a new service.
3. Policy on No-Shows
A "No-Show" is defined as a client failing to appear for a scheduled phone, video, or live appointment at the confirmed time, or being more than 10 minutes late without prior communication.

Service Forfeiture: If a client is a No-Show, the appointment slot is considered used, the service fee is forfeited, and no refund or opportunity to reschedule will be offered.
4. Policy on Digital and Email Services
Services that do not require a live, scheduled appointment time (such as email readings, personalized reports, or written ritual follow-ups) are not subject to this Rescheduling Policy. Once the work begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
