A. Entertainment Purposes Only

All services, products, readings, rituals, and content provided by BEWITCHY LLC are offered for entertainment purposes only. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use our services.

B. No Professional Advice

Our services are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional services. If you require such assistance, please consult a qualified, licensed professional.

C. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee the outcome of any ritual, reading, spell, or product. Any testimonials or descriptions of previous results are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee that you will experience the same results. You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken following any service.

D. Ongoing Client Acknowledgment (Waiver of Claim)

By purchasing more than one (1) service from BEWITCHY LLC, you explicitly and affirmatively acknowledge the following:

• You have successfully received and experienced at least one previous service.

• You fully understand and reaffirm the disclaimers in Sections 1.A, 1.B, and 1.C, including the fact that all services are for entertainment purposes only and have no guaranteed outcome.

• You voluntarily and knowingly waive any right to claim fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive trade practices against BEWITCHY LLC based on the outcome or effectiveness of any subsequent service purchased.

• Your decision to purchase multiple services demonstrates your personal satisfaction with the process, or your informed decision to proceed despite the explicit non-guarantee.
   

2. Orders, Fees, and Payments

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase.

• Booking Policy: All scheduled services are subject to the separate Booking and Rescheduling Policy.

• Refunds: All sales of services (readings, rituals, digital reports) are Final Sale and non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy.

• Taxes: Prices do not include any applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout as required by law.
   

3. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe a client has:

• Violated these Terms, the Intellectual Property Policy, or the Booking Policy.

• Engaged in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior toward our staff or the company.
   

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on www.bewitchy.us is owned by BEWITCHY LLC and protected by US copyright and trademark laws.

• Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, sharing, reselling, or using any of our proprietary content, rituals, or course materials for commercial purposes, as detailed in the separate Intellectual Property Policy.
   

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BEWITCHY LLC, its officers, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

• Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in question.
   

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEWITCHY LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

A. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

B. Venue and Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
