Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through www.bewitchy.us, operated by BEWITCHY LLC (dba BeWitchy), a company registered in Sacramento, California, USA.

1. Policy on Services and Digital Goods (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of our spiritual and metaphysical work, all services (including readings, rituals, custom spells, and consultations) and all digital goods (including downloadable reports, courses, and e-books) are sold on a Final Sale basis.

  • No Guarantee of Outcome: We provide spiritual services for entertainment purposes only, as legally required. As per our Terms & Conditions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, feelings, or results from any ritual, reading, or consultation.

  • No Service Refunds: Once a service has been booked, the time and energetic work are immediately allocated, and therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for the cancellation of any service or digital good.

  • Ongoing Client Acknowledgment: By continuing to purchase any service or digital good from us, you re-affirm that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy, regardless of the perceived outcome.
     

2. Policy on Physical Goods (Returns)

We accept returns for physical merchandise, provided the item meets the following conditions.

  • Eligibility Window: Physical items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny returns that appear worn or damaged by the customer.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are exempt from being returned:

    • Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order jewelry or bespoke ritual tools).

    • Clearance or sale items (designated as Final Sale).

    • Intimately-used items (e.g., spell oils or used herbs).

  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email usa@bewitchy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to our facility in the USA.
     

3. Shipping for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: When shipping a return, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
     

4. Refunds for Physical Goods

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
     

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please refer to Section 5 of our Shipping Policy.

  • Resolution: If the damage is confirmed, we will provide an exchange for the same item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report damage.
