1. Order Processing Times
Our order processing and fulfillment times vary significantly based on the product type.
Standard Orders (In-Stock Physical Goods) Orders for in-stock goods typically require 3–5 business days for processing, quality check, and packaging before shipment.
Dropshipping / Third-Party Fulfillment Items fulfilled directly by a third-party supplier (dropshipping) may have variable processing times. Please refer to the specific product page description for the most accurate processing window, which may exceed 5 business days.
Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items Items sold via pre-order or explicitly designated as "made-to-order" (e.g., custom jewelry, bespoke tools) may have extended fulfillment times of 30 days or more. The expected timeframe will be clearly stated on the product description page at the time of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US Federal holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (After Processing)
Shipping times are estimates only and begin once the order has left our fulfillment facility (or the third-party facility).

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier performance or unpredictable postal service issues once an item has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the destination address. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
4. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
BEWITCHY LLC ships to many international destinations.

Customer Responsibility: The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Payment of Fees: Payment of these fees is necessary to release the order from customs. Failure to pay customs duties will result in the package being abandoned, and no refund will be issued by BEWITCHY LLC for abandoned packages.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at usa@bewitchy.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging.

Lost Packages: For packages marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
6. Digital Products
All digital products, including course materials, reports, and readings, are delivered electronically (via email or a secure download link) and do not incur shipping charges or require physical shipment.
